Thanks to all for their very helpful responses.
As far as salad dressing goes:
1 said Henri's and Hellman's salad dressings are GF and they May make a
blue Cheese dressing.
1 said Wishbone Salad Dressings were listed on the latest CSA list but
suggested I check again with Wishbone before I have some.
Another poster said they have the Wishbone Blue Cheese Dressing along with
Frank's hot sauce and never had a problem.
1 poster said Kraft Roka Blue Cheese - Light Done Right because Kraft
claims that all additives are in parantheses.
Other posters gave me the names of Blue Cheeses that are gluten free
Athenos brand
Boars Head brand
Treasure Cave brand
1 very kind poster gave me their recipe for Blue Cheese dressing
"I make
my
own dressing with 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 1 container Treasure
Cave crumbled blue cheese, the juice of 1 lemon and about 2 teaspoons
garlic powder."
Thanks again for all the replies.
Best wishes to all,
Bob
