This was a hit with my family.
POUR PIZZA
1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 c gf flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
15 oz can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c mozzarella cheese
assorted pizza toppings if desired, (mushrooms, olives, onions, etc.)
Heat oven to 425. Brown and drain hamburger. Stir in garlic salt.
Stir together gf flour, milk, eggs and 1 tsp oregano until smooth. Pour in
greased 9x13 pan; sprinkle with meat. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until brown.
Combine tomato sauce, pepper and remaining oregano leaves. Pour over
crust; top with toppings of your choice and cheese. Bake 5 - 7 minutes or
until cheese in melted.
