This is the best recipe for pizza crust I have ever found. This is a
really good pizza crust that always turns out tasty and crisp. It is
very sticky (as all GF mixes are) but you can flatten/spread it in the pan
(sprayed with vegetable oil) easily by just wetting your hands. You will
need to rinse your hands once and rewetting them to get the crust formed
nicely. It turns out nice and crispy.

PIZZA CRUST

Mix together dry ingredients:

1 tablespoon GF dry yeast Two-thirds cup brown rice flour, white rice
flour, or garfava flour One half cup tapioca flour 2 tablespoons dry
milk powder 2 teaspoons xantham gum one-half teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon
unflavored gelatin powder 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

Then add the following ingredients:

Two-thirds cup warm water (105 degrees)
One-half teaspoon sugar or one-fourth teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cider vinegar

cooking spray
mozzarelli cheese
pizza toppings of your choice
spaghetti sauce or canned tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray pan and turn out crust mix onto center
of pan. Wet hands and flatten out the mix on the pan all the way to the
edges. Bake crust about 10-15 minutes (til it starts to brown around
edges and slightly on top). Remove from oven.

Coat crust with favorite spaghetti sauce or canned tomato sauce. Add lots
of grated mozzarelli cheese and top off with your favorite toppings
(hamburger, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, etc.).
Bake in the oven til all cheese is hot and bubbly.

(Double the recipe for two pizza crusts.)

Happy Eating ! Pat O.
