My reply:
You've stated several times that you don't have any dietary source of DHA
and you've assumed your body is converting LNA from flax oil and dark leafy
greens into DHA. I think that's innaccurate.
Yo've mentioned eating cheese! Dairy products are a valid source of DHA,
particularly when they come from cows, sheep, or goats that eat grass.
Pasture raising of milk animals is much more common in Europe than in the
US. So, I believe your DHA source is dairy food. If you've eaten eggs over
the past 18 years and they are naturally raised, which I believe they would
be since you abhor factory farmed anything, then these would have supplied
additional DHA! You might want to restate your case.
