How does salad keep you out of ketosis? It is practically non-existant in
carbs. Could a person experience DIT with say 60 grams of carbs (from combo
of lower sugar fruit, salad veggies and other veggies such as broccoli) so
long as protein was kept to 10-12% of the diet and the rest is fat? I'm
ready to try anything to get my body temperature up (well, not anything, I
suppose I should remain faithful to my husband!).
