A couple of things I have found helpful:
To eat plenty of good quality fat (tallow in pemmican, raw butter)
Eat red meat, (I don't know why, but it seems to really help cravings)
and eat all your carbs raw.
I tend to eat my meat just seared...quite cool and "blue" on the inside.
If you can tolerate raw meat, all the better.
Patience is also needed...as it takes about 2 to 3 days for the body to
kick back into paleo mode.
