Todd, (sorry I called you Amadeus in the previous post)
Funny I alway feel extremely full when I eat a high fat food like an egg (58%
fat) or cream. I have trouble eating the obvious fat on meat though, yet I
remember my Grandfather actually relished the fat from a piece of meat --
that was considered the best part -- and he was thin all his 94 years.
