Um...wouldn't fermented honey be mead?
Dried fruits are paleo - check the ingredients tho - lots of
chemicals in the commercial stuff.  Best to get while in
season and dry it yourself.  Also, remember that it is easy
to overdose on dried fruit because of the missing bulk of
water.  As Ray pointed out in NEANDERTHIN, a small box of
raisins was once a good sized bunch of grapes.
