People new to paleo eating, like me, may be confused by some
of the terms used. Ketosis is such a term. To complicate
it, my husband is a CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist - and heavily indoctrinated in the cult of
allopathic medicine. He was horrified to discover that one
of my goals was dietary ketosis. He is predicting my quick
demise ;)

This article gives a simple ABC explanation of dietary
ketosis and stresses the normality of it. It has helped me
understand and explain and I share it with the hope it will
assist others.
