Girlfriend, How do you plan on working out with only eight (that's 8) ounces
of protein a day...?!  This amazes me.  I would think your low is 70grms. a
day....  Who told you this is all the protein you need?  Rosedale?  Can you
explain the rationale or is this a misprint....  ?
