well..he is either a scholar or a populariser, but you cant be both
simultaenously. neither olive nor flax are remotely paleo.
the nearest approximation we can get is a well-made sausage, sicne they
incorporate 'scrap' organ meat and tendons etc. marrow is perfectly edible.
but why not use lard and tallow? their omega 6 level is much lower than flax
[whic is 20% Om-6].
