I was wondering about whether eating a lot of ground meat (mostly beef) is a
good idea or not. How does it compare to eating cuts of meat? Is it okay
if the bulk of my meat intake is from ground meat? I am not overly fond of
meat eating but for health reasons I am choosing to eat it. Any info on
this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Debbie
