Interesting take. Nothing makes me hungrier than eating fruit. A reasonable
quantity of fat in the diet, however, makes my skin look great, makes me
feel a lot better, and stops any hunger cold, above and beyond its caloric
component.
I guess, amazingly, that people just might be different, and that pat
schemas are in many cases quite useless. Many people on this list are far
beyond dealing with the issues you mention about the SAD diet. And for many,
fruit just isn't that magic elixir at all. I'm sure over time there will be
plenty of time to trot out studies...
