I would have to agree with Steve.  I use the packet window all the time for
dx spotting and it works very well.  If you use the jaws cursor you can
place it on the frequency of a spot, click the mouse key twice and jump your
radio to that frequency.  Likewise, if you have buckmaster or qrz cd roms
installed on your machine, it will look up the call of the dx station for
you.  I haven't tried this last because I don't have either of those cd roms
but I like this program a lot.
