I know I've had my best success in the past eating MORE fats and getting
more than eight hours of sleep a night.. It took a long time to screw myself
up and I think it will take more time to correct it. I started lowcarb/Paleo
to halt arthritis symptoms and drop 60 pounds and now I think patience is
required of me. Not my long suit that's for sure..... Oliva
