Well now, I didn't think about that, Elisi, thanks. I've been wanting to
cook with lard for awhile now but didn't want to purchase the hydrogenated
stuff. Recently, I've been purchasing organic non-transfatty acid palm oil
from Whole Foods. It looks like regular shortening. I do like it but I
would prefer the taste and saturated fat paleoness of lard.
