Hi, John!

You request the subscription to QST as you would any other talking
magazine.  Inquire with the library from whom you get your talking
books.  I believe there's a form in with the Talking Book Topics to order
magazines as well as books.  Many talking book libraries also have toll
free numbers and email addresses to use for ordering.
