I have a question for the women on the list (and there husbands is they
noticed a difference) since going GF have you noticed a difference in
getting PMS? Before the diet I had awful PMS from wacky hormones and
actually had to go on HRT from a menopause Dx at 19 (can we say undx'd
celiac?) that no one could figure out. After going on the diet I was a happy
camper and didn't need the hormones, I've been off the diet for about 3
months now and O M G, its getting worse every month to the point I was
considering asking the Dr to medicate me! I'm going back on the diet soon
because its causing a lot of problems being off it (yes I know all the risks
involved) but its got me wondering, did you notice a difference?
