    I have been contemplating for quite some time baking gluten free products in my home on order.  I would bake that day to be picked up that day.  I do quite a bit with almond flour, sometimes mixed with rice and tapioca flour.   I make muffins, banana bread, date loaf, biscotti etc.

Just thought I'd throw this out to see if there is any interest.  I live in the Biddeford, Saco area.  As yet I have not done it on any scale, am just trying to find out if this would be of any interest to people with celiac.
