could be. take abdomen (across the belly button) measurements regularly. If you are effectively killing off the candida it should be going down. You may also need an anti-candida supplement once your diet is pure anti-yeast.

make sure your new diet has plenty of variety. sometimes people eliminate one food or food group and add another in its place and the substitute food is problematic.

I assume that your diet is 100% paleo?

they are not looking at this from a weight loss point of view. There are foods which do not fuel candida which are still not conducive to weight loss, for example glycerine.

yes, but there is no need to.

unless you are pregnant or otherwise medically advised not to be, I don't know why it would be a problem and it would certainly help with your sweet tooth.

the supplements can accelerate that. When you no longer have any candida symptoms you can go back on a low carb version of paleo, which would include limited fruit. A high carb (unlimited fruit) version of paleo would reactivate candida if you went on it too soon.

Most people I know of find that 3 months is about average for anticandida. If you are seeing real progress in one month I don't see how one servings of low carb fruit like berries a day could hurt (unless it starts you on a binge).
