I think what Keith is doing is great for the list.  Thanks for keeping
everyone stimulated.  A lot of us don't have the time to post new info, and
we appreciate your work.

One note about pollution: if we want to further reduce pollution, there
will be costs.  It's primarily an economic question, how much do we (as a
society) want to pay to reduce pollution.  A move to reduce pollution will
most likely result in higher taxes and a loss of jobs in certain sectors.
There's no free lunch here.  (I realize this is off the subject, but I
couldn't resist.)
