I know about the Appearance settings. Unfortunately, they do not allow for
changing the "Window Text" font. The only option for this appears to be the
"small" to "extra large" range of font settings in the main appearance
screen. What I want to do is change the Window Font style AND size without
affecting the other settings.

Get to your display properties by whatever method you prefer--right-click
the desktop, then Properties, or go to the control panel and double-click
the display applet. Click on the appearance tab, then the Advanced button.
Click on one of the text areas and the Font type box will be activated
allowing you to choose a font for that area. Whether "message text", Active
Window title bar text, and so on will be enough for your MS Money 2003 to
display as you wish, I am not sure, but it seems worth a try.
