** High Priority **
Hi,
With your windows 95 CD should of been a floppy disk. Boot the computer to the C prompt, then put in the floppy disk. Look for a file called FDISK and run it.
Select option to enable large disk support, then select option 4 to view the partitions on the disk.
Write down the drive letters of the partitions, and make a note of primary & extended partitions and press escape
Now select "delete partition" and delete any extended and primary partitions that exist.
You need to delete the extended partitions before the primary one.
When done press escape again and create a new primary partition.
Now press escape again and reboot the PC with the disk in the floppy drive.
You must then re-format the drive again.
Looks like you have a non Dos partition installed, and it may of been hidden
That should be it.
