interesting. you have to remember that most of the world is still worried
about saturated fat. i find it increasing frustrating to hear so many
conflicting ideas, the FDA says one thing with their stupid pyramid, and all
the different paleoviews...it just is so frustrating to have no good
consensus on what is really good for us to eat.  I'm personally more
concerned with grassfed meat as being less likely to have been feed
inorganic grains, antibiotics or otherwise. i'm still looking for a good
source of organic range fed meats.
