I really agree with this advice. If you've made the attempt to help him eat
more healthily then you've done the right thing by him, but he's a grownup
and should be able to do what he wants. I would just add that if you eat
together, so he can see what's on your plate and smell it, he might well
become more interested in the kind of food you eat. Back when I used to eat
a lot of Velveeta and Cool Whip and poptarts and other crap myself, I
remember frequently looking at my husband's meat or eggs or whatever and
thinking damn that looks good, why aren't I eating that? And now I am.
