Breakfast:
8 ounces of fish
or
6 ounces of chicken, turkey
or
4 oz of beef or pork
or
Omelet
Lunch:
big bowl of vegetable soup ( 24 -32 oz of vegetables in chicken broth)
or
large tossed salad /w olive oil and fish
or
steamed vegetables w/ olive oil
Supper:
fruit
or
fish
or
soup
I try eat about 1200 calories per day. Some days it is difficult to eat that
much, other days it is difficult to eat that little. This is NOT a low carb
diet.
Sometimes I get a craving for wheat but I know I will break out if I eat it.
I will break out in fat all over! <grin>
