I got a bread machine (Zo) for Christmas and LOVE it! I got so tired of
making a special trip to the bakery every 3-4 days for another loaf (only
place I could find nearby that doesn't slice breads with milk ingredients
on their slicer).
Only problem is that many of the recipes I see have DRY MILK in them! I
will of course start experimenting my way around this but wondered if
anyone here has encountered this issue and found a good milk-free
substitute for dry milk?
