I also got the Cuisinart ice-cream maker. I have been using the recipes in
the book, substituting vanilla or chocolate Silk for the milk and Rich's
whip for the whipping cream. (Rich's whip is a non-dairy whipped cream,
which is actually non-dairy! It's in the frozen food section of the
grocery store, near the Cool Whip.) I keep thinking that I should write
down the converted recipes I've used but I haven't done so.
By the way, I did try the chocolate sorbet recipe that someone had posted
here and it was great! Thank you.
