][< en's reference to port-a-potties reminds me of the amusement I have
enjoyed at some of the bad photographs posted with real estate listings. 

A couple of years ago, there was a house which had in its picture an old
bathtub esthetically placed on the sidewalk out front. Unfortunately that
was the best thing about it, and when I visited the place, it was no longer
there. I wondered why the agent never took a picture after the tub and
other renovation debris was taken away, until I realised on making a site
visit that the tub helped obscure or distract from the house itself. 

Recently I was looking up low-end fixer-upper single family homes (which
around here means under $250,000) and saw one with a port-a-potty in the
yard. It was listed as having 1 1/2 baths, so I figured that was the half.
