I don't recall all the details, but the league president was at our club
meeting a couple months ago and he was talking about dropping the entire
40 meter band down 100kc as I recall.  Alsok, there would be a 5 or 6 meg
band, I've forgotten exactly where, but it would be a new band.  He was in
town for the n a b and showed up at our club meeting.
