the cpu fan and the power supply fan should at least run.
Double check the "power on" (pwr on) wire to the motherboard from the case
power switch.
the ATX power supply turns on through the motherboard, so it must have this
wire connected. You can short the two pins where the power on
wire plugs into the motherboard momentary and the machine should boot also.
