Soak the liver in water for 15 minutes. Both my mother and myself soak
it milk for 15 minutes, but most here in the list would prefer water. I
also do not use flour. i fry in olive oil with onions, sometimes bacon.
If I desire crunchiness then I dip in egg then pat with sesame seeds,
sprinkle with garlic a dash of salt and you're set.
