it varies, but if you average it out, it would be something like 300-400
grams of red meat [with fat of course]; 200-300 grams of oily
fish/shellfish; lard for cooking if needed; cod liver oil 20-40mls; chinese
herbs in a tea; tea; sugar in tea.
exercise..heavy weights 3-4 times week
