Something that worked for me was doing a search on green tea and fluoride. Several tea companies claim fluoride content as a benefit of their tea.

I remember awhile back a discussion on the merits of drinking green tea, and
someone saying it has some adverse effects as well. Does anyone remember
what the adverse effects were, and is there any research that shows both the
positive and negative sides of this?
Thanks,
Susan
