I thought of another reason to not try to get anyone else to eat a certain
way. Who knows that any certain way really is right? how many times have
nutrition "experts" done a 180 on things they said previously? there are
very compelling arguments for just about any way of eating. my mother was
telling me last night that she saw a show in which miso soup was said to be
"the best" and eating meat was "the worst." At one point I was convinced
vegetarianism was the way to go. The main problem I have with my vegan
friend is that she doesn't think she's doing what seems reasonable to her
based on a certain set of info, she thinks she is RIGHT, like a religious
fanatic, and everyone else is WRONG.

Who know, tomorrow some nutritionist will say that Velveeta and chocolate
milk are incredibly great for you and that the preservatives will make you
live forever
