Tell me about it!  Lately I've been having ground beef crumbled and browned
with just salt and it has been pretty darned good.  That's why I was
wondering if there was any reason to limit my consumption of ground meats.

Another thing I was wondering about was marinades and tenderizers. I like
to eat cuts of meat, but I like them marinated, or at least tenderized with
Adolph's.  Have there been any discussions on the health advantages or
disadvantages of marinades and tenderizers?
