I don't know a lot about the lactose, but my question is whether or not the cheese from a goat would be meant for human consumption knowing the goat is a scavenger animal. Usually what is part of an animal's diet will also affect the biproduct they produce. Would anyone have any further information on that question as well as the person who emailed first? Sue
