Hello,
Can you provide suggestions about how to provide hearing assistance to
someone with significant hearing loss, when kayaking? Is there an assistive
listening device that would work outdoors to allow communication between
instructor and student? This student does not wear any hearing aids
presently (though they are recommended), and reads lips. The most recent
audiogram results indicate a bilateral mixed hearing loss with a significant
conductive component, especially on the left side.
Many thanks for your advice,
