Brad,
You have your floppy drive cable reversed. The edge with the colored
(red) stripe connects to the #1 pin on the floppy and on the controller.
As for installing Commander, you must have an operating system first.
If you have no start-up disk for Windows 95 you will have to install
Dos, then your CD-Rom drivers before you can install Windows
95.(assuming you have the CD version of Win95)
