pretty easy for me. Right now I am having a rare steak, took
me about a minute to cook, and another to slice up. That
plus some sliced veggies and a fruit does it. I carry nuts
and seeds mix with me to work, if I am going somewhere I
can't buy something good.
Lunch is usually bought at a supermarket wherever I happen
to be that day. Yesterday was a couple of chicken legs and
thighs from the supermarket deli. The sauce probably isn't
paleo, I don't sweat it.
That with some dried fruit does lunch. They have salads too
at the deli, it looked good yesterday, maybe I will try one
next time.
At home for dinner was left over curry over sliced fine and
fried pork chop. Very high fat. That plus more veggies and a
fruit did it.
Snack at night was frozen raspberries. I often have nuts too.
It gets easier as you think about it. The first few months
were really boring, until I found ways to make it better,
more spices, more selection and variety.
