I don't know for sure, but I think those adapters are under $10 at radio
shack, I have a few of them 1 just for that purpose of programming Kenwood
radios and as I remember it they are under $10 somewhere, I think I paid
like $7 for 1 and $8 or 9 for the other one I use a lot a couple years ago
at radio shack. I'm sure somewhere else might have them too maybe cheaper.
