I am sorry (and embarrassed) to hear that. We are transferring to a new
backbone and I guess the transition is not yet complete. I will forward
your msg to our Kruzin dept.
Again, my apologies,

I tried to access the Kruzin site...they are not accepting new customers and
when you try to use their contact form it fails!

First of all, most everyone is on fixed incomes, unless self-employed or
relying on commissions or investment returns. This includes most doctors,
therapists, and engineers. We're on fixed incomes.
Also, shame on you Bob for supporting AOL, then complaining about them. As
far as I know, they are THE most inaccessible internet service provider in
the world (other than for some free ISPs). AOL is a big problem for
disabled people, especially those who rely on speech recognition or screen
readers or cannot use a mouse; income issues aside.
If anyone wants to support the disabled, sign up for an ISP that is
disability friendly such Kruzin. It only costs about 10 bucks a month and
is a division of Goodwill Industries. Any profit is reinvested into
Goodwill to support our services. I am sure there are other ISPs out there
that are run by disabled or at least use any profits to support disabled
people. We don't offer national coverage but we're close.

I am not suggesting everyone cancel their AOL subscription, just don't whine
about it if you don't.
