You might try contacting the folks at http://www.mindleaders.com.  They
seem to have done a reasonable (though not completely perfect) job of
providing accessible online training courses.

The courses themselves rate fairly highly for accessibility, but some of
them have additional animated or other practice components which are not
accessible.  I do think this is a reasonable compromise given the diversity
of their customer base, but at some point if this extra meterial could be
provided in an accessible format, all the better -- I don't think it will
be possible to make all aspects of every type of online training course as
accessible as many of us might want.  As an example of the difficulties
involved, check out the work that the WGBH/NCAM is doing with respect to
making the MIT Physics course accessible.
