This is Table 2 in a research paper authored by Fasano and Catassi (Current
Approaches to Diagnosis and Treatment of Celiac Disease: An Evolving
Spectrum; Gastroenterology 2001; vol 120; pgs. 636-665).

The New England Journal of Medicine (Vol. 346, No. 3) as current as January
17, 2002, reports "...the realization that celiac sprue is relatively
common, affecting 1 of every 120 to 300 persons in both Europe and North
Americal"

Food companies should take notice.

So, let's send those e-mails and keep phoning companies to demand GF
products.
