Are they both always dangerous. I have seen some products lately that are
listed as GF by the manufacturer, but have caramel coloring in them. And
what about annatto?
What other food additives do I need to be careful of? All of the postings
from big companies that say to just read the ingredients make me so scared
since I am not sure yet what I need to be on the look out for.
