ADA has upgraded its guidelines and says all DISTILLED alcoholic beverages and all DISTILLED vinegars are ok. having called 2 companies i think i will agree with them as they say its "industry" standard to TRIPLE distill the product which removes the gluten.
have had no reactions so far after 5 days of sauces, grain alcohol etc.but i was diagnosed early and didn't have bad reactions before. this info is from the U of IOWA . Celiac disease clinic 319-356-4901.
