Well, thanks to the advice of lots of people on this list and despite 3
doctors now telling me that my daughter does NOT have celiac, I am going to
try a GF diet for her and see if there is improvement. My question/concern
is for substituting necessary vitamins, minerals, etc in my daughter's diet
and how that is accomplished. She is also off dairy and I have read that
those 2 things should only be withdrawn from the diet under the supervision
of a dr. or dietician. Can anyone point me in the direction of information
to insure she is getting all the nutrition she needs? (She is 18 months
old).
Thank you!
Jana
