Listmates:

Two items related to current information on the Listserv.

Passover: Manischewitz has a "Health Corner" on their website and
there is a gluten free list of their products for Passover.
http://www.manischewitz.com

Buckwheat: While looking at products in the Kosher section of a grocery
store I found Wolff's Kasha. I checked Wolff's website to see about its
GF status--some buckwheat products are contaminated by other products.
Wolff's site links to Birkett Mills. Birkett Mills produces & packages
buckwheat products in a dedicated mill and also tests for gluten. The
website has information about the GF status of their buckwheat products,
recipes & tips, and Celiac information, including links. They focus on
buckwheat, but do have other products. Goes nicely with Shelley Case's
post on buckwheat. http://www.thebirkettmills.com
