Hi,

I take the CoQ10 also. I suspect that for many of us who have started taking
vits and/or herbs/other supplements, the changes/differences (if any) are
subtle.

For some, the differences/improvements might be remarkable, comparatively
speaking. I suppose the way vitamins function in the body have much to do with
our lifestyle, how active or sedentary we are, etc.

I noticed a remarkable change with the magnesium because I'm quite
mobile/active and appreciated an improved level of stamina without arrhthymia.

A supplement that both hubby and I take is called Herbal Energy - a
combination of herbs working together to boost energy. One by Swiss Naturals,
I've used for years and it's very good.

I find I stay healthier, in the long term if I keep a good level of Vit C and
garlic oil in my system. The antibiotic/antispetic quality of the garlic
suppresses various cycles of fibromyalgia symptoms. And the C helps with joint
pain and concurrently spasticity.

For those who don't get proper nutrition, either due to inability to prepare
well-balanced meal, or due to generally poor eating habits, I strongly
recommend a juice extractor - juicing is a great way to supplement. Go carrot
juice!

Cheers!

Carla
