The URL below describes a recently developed (2000) cold-sterilization
technique. It uses microfiltration to take the place of heat and
works for coconut water (the liquid inside coconuts, especially
green/immature or "jelly" coconuts). One wonders if such a
technique could be adapted for other fruit/veg juices?
